I was blessed to have one of the world's best Dads!!! My Dad was my Hero!

Daddy was diagnosed with Stage IV Lung Cancer after a routine physical in May 2008. He fought and endured many aggressive chemotherapy and radiation treatments. On Jan. 22, 2009, he lost his battle to cancer. He was the most brave and courageous man I have ever known.

After his death, so many people told me how proud my Dad was of the work I am doing for children and their families! I shall never forget the look on his face and the tear on his cheek after meeting some of our kids at Open House.

I find it very fitting that I set up a Scholarship Program in his honor and memory.

CRITERIA FOR APPLYING:

Child has a Medical Diagnosis,
Child has a Delay of 30% or greater,
Child does not receive therapy through a school or other program,
Child does not have or is not eligible for Medicaid,
Child does not have health insurance.

All information above is subject to verification to determine eligibility for the scholarship.

Scholarship funds are limited and eligibility is first come, first served that meet all criteria.
