Judy founded beyond therapy pediatric
group because of her passion and commitment to serving the unique needs of children and their families.
Her vision has become a reality through beyond therapy, which is a premier group of professionals dedicated to improving
the quality of life for all children! Judy is a native Mississippian. She graduated from the University
of Mississippi Medical Center with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1993 and a Bachelor of Science degree in
Psychology from the University of Southern MS in 1991. Currently, she serves as a pediatric Clinical Instructor
for the Doctorate PT program at UMC. She is a member of the MPTA, APTA, Pediatric Section of the American Physical Therapy
Association and Private Practice Section of the APTA. Judy has been appointed as Chair of the American Physical
Therapy Association Pediatric Section's Payment Policy and Advocacy Committee. Her appointment is for 3 years and comes during
a very critical time of Health Care Reform. Judy is proud to be selected as one of "Mississippi's 50 Leading Business Women for the class of 2009"
by the MS Business Journal! She has served on the Board of Directors for several women's charities.
Judy is a single mother of a daughter, Emily. Together, they enjoy domestic and international traveling, cooking
and supporting the visual and performing arts.
Beth Woodcock, PT and Director of Clinical Operations
and Partner

Beth is a Physical Therapist whose passion is enhancing families’
lives who have children with special needs. She believes that every child has potential for greatness.
She believes that families are truly the lifeline for children and are the most important people in their lives.
She sees her role as Physical Therapist in Early Intervention as a coach, supporter, educator, and motivator.
Beth has worked in pediatrics for the past 15 years in the Jackson area. Her primary experience
is with Early Intervention (ages 0-3 years) and has had many wonderful opportunities to work with the experts in this field
from around the nation. She has training in NDT, SI, MFR, Routine-Based Therapies and Transdisciplinary
Play-Based Assessment and Treatment. Beth worked as a therapist and trainer for the Mississippi’s
Early Intervention Program for 10 years. She served
as Team Leader for Willo-TEAM and as Therapy Coordinator in her previous employment. Beth made Partner of BTPG
in January 2010. In the Spring of 2010, Beth was appointed as the Pediatric State Representative for the American Physical
Therapy Association! Beth is a member of St. James Episcopal church where she serves as
a Catechist/Sunday School Teacher for children 3-5 years of age. She is also the mother of 2 little girls,
so she truly has the pleasure of spending most of her time among God’s children.

Susannah Reynolds Silvia MCD, CCC-SLP and Partner
Susannah came to beyond therapy pediatric
group after H. Katrina. Often when one door shuts, another opens. beyond therapy pediatric group has been
blessed by the presence of Susannah, who specializes in providing comprehensive speech and language services for preschool
and school-age children. She became interested in pediatric during an internship at New Orleans Speech and
Hearing in Louisiana. She loved the age group and the amount of progress that she saw with the children.
Susannah received her B.A in communication disorders from Louisiana State University in 2003 and her M.C.D from LSU Health
Science Center in 2005. Susannah has extensive clinical experience
with articulation disorders, language disorders, phonological processing, auditory processing, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
She
is a member of the Mississippi, Louisiana, and American Speech-Language-Hearing Associations. Susannah enjoys pilates,
yoga and traveling in her spare time. Susannah became a Partner in BTPG in January 2010!

Andrea McPhail, DPT

Andrea is a physical therapist who strives to enhance the lives of families of children
with disabilities. Andrea is a native of Pearl, MS. She graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science
degree in Exercise Science in 2006 and received a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Mississippi Medical
Center in 2009. Her love for children and passion for working with them led her to gain experience in pediatrics during graduate
school with a clinical rotation at Beyond Therapy Pediatric Group. This experience led her to pursue a career in pediatrics.
Her mission is to serve God's children and improve the quality of life of infants, toddlers, and children. She and her husband,
Jonathan, live in Madison, MS and enjoy traveling, sporting events, church activities, and spending time with family and friends.


Andrea is a native of Carthage, Mississippi. She attended the
University of Mississippi Medical Center where she received her Masters of Occupational Therapy degree in 2008. Andrea has
always had a passion for children, and this passion is what has drawn her to pursue a career helping to improve the quality
of life for children with special needs. Andrea developed an interest in early intervention after assisting a child with cerebral
palsy while attending school at UMC. Andrea and her husband, Jay, reside in Ridgeland, MS with their dog, Pheobe. She enjoys
cooking, Pilates, and attending church activities at Broadmoor Baptist Church.
Kristin Owens, MOTR/L

Beth Vanderloo M.S., CCC-SLP

Beth received her undergraduate degree in Speech-Language
Pathology from Delta State University in 1989. She earned her Masters o f Science degree in Communicative
Disorders from the University of Mississippi in 1993. Beth has extensive pediatric experience in the
evaluation and treatment of speech, language and swallowing disorders. Beth is a member of The Mississippi
Speech and Hearing Association and The American Speech and Hearing Association. Beth devotes her expertise and knowledge
to our Comprehensive Evaluation and Assessment Team, which determines eligibilty for children with the First Steps -
Early Intervention Program in Public Health Districts V & III.
Peggy
Pruitt, MS, CCC-SLP
Peggy
is originally from Cleveland , MS where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Pathology from Delta State University.
She then attended USM where she obtained her Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology in 1990. She
has provided speech services in a variety of settings in Mississippi and as a traveling speech therapist throughout the U.S.
Peggy is vital stim certified and especially enjoys working with swallowing and feeding disorders. She
also enjoys traveling with her family, art, cooking, and being a Girl Scout leader.

Ashleigh Greenhaw, MOTR/L
Kim graduated from Mississippi State University with
a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies with an emphasis in Child Life. She continued her
education and training at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta as a Child Life Intern and Fellow. Upon completion, she moved
back to Jackson, MS to be closer to her family. Her love for young children and passion to work with them led her to
pursue a career in Early Intervention. She served as First Steps Service Coordinator of Madison County for two years.
She completed the requirements and obtained her license to teach in order to provide Special Instruction services. Kim
also serves upon the Transdisciplinary Comprehensive Assessment Team, which determines eligibility for the MS Dept. of Health
First Steps Program.
"Sophie"

Sophie is a Tri-Colored Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
She was born in Lawrenceville, GA on September 22, 2007. Due a birth injury, Sophie developed Torticollis, her neck
was rotated to her left and tilted towards the right. Judy knew immediately this puppy with special
needs would be a perfect addition to beyond therapy. Once home in Jackson, Judy began a stretching program which
corrected her condition. (After all, PTs treat Torticollis in babies!) Sophie enjoys going to work with Judy and greeting
children, families and visitors. She loves playing ball and tug-of-war. Often, children are motivated
by Sophie to perform very challenging therapy tasks. Sophie is in training to become a certified therapy dog!
